📢 SSC CGL 2025 Official Notification Details
SSC CGL 2025 notification has been released with approximately 17,727 vacancies across various Group B and Group C posts in different ministries and departments of the Government of India. The application process began in June 2025 with the last date for online application submission in July 2025.
Important Dates: Online application will start on June 09, 2025, and will end on July 05, 2025. Tier 1 examination is scheduled to be conducted in August 13- August 30 2025 across multiple sessions.
The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode across various centers in India. Candidates can choose their preferred exam center during application, subject to availability. The selection process involves four tiers: Tier 1 (Preliminary), Tier 2 (Mains), Tier 3 (Descriptive), and Tier 4 (Skill Test).
Application fee is ₹100 for all candidates, with women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PH, and Ex-servicemen categories exempted from paying application fee. Payment can be made through online mode using debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. For specific posts like Statistical Investigator Grade-II and Compiler, candidates should have a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related subjects.
Age Limit: The age limit varies for different posts. Generally, candidates should be between 18-32 years for most posts. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwD candidates. Ex-servicemen get additional relaxation as per rules.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens. For certain posts, citizens of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibetan refugees are also eligible. Person of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) are eligible for specific positions as mentioned in the notification.
Physical Standards: Some posts require specific physical standards including height, chest measurements, and visual acuity. Medical examination is conducted for selected candidates to ensure they meet the required physical and medical standards for the respective posts.

Total salary including allowances ranges from ₹40,000-₹70,000 per month.
