Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of your first subscription payment, provided the product did not work as described. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you attempted to use the service and encountered a material defect.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@dwij.io with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of payment
  • Razorpay order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable

Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged again, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed via Razorpay. Razorpay's terms of service also apply to your transactions.
