That entity is responsible for everything below. The same address and the same person answer privacy questions and complaints — there is no separate office that nobody reads.

• Your resume, as you upload it, and the text I extract from it — your name, email, phone, address if it is in there, your employment and education history, and your skills.
• Corrections you make when you confirm or fix what I read, and answers you give when I ask you a question.
• Your account email, used to sign you in.
• Payment records— the amount, the date, the gateway’s payment reference, and your name for the tax invoice. I never see your card details. Those go straight to the payment gateway and never touch my systems.

To find job openings that fit you, and to explain why they fit. That is the whole purpose. I do not build an advertising profile, I do not enrich your record from other sources, and I do not use your resume to train models of my own.

I use a small number of companies to run the service. Each gets only what it needs for its part:

• Anthropic — the text of your resume, to read it into structured form and to write the explanation of why a role fits. This is the processor that sees the most.
• Voyage AI — text turned into numerical vectors, so that roles can be matched by meaning rather than by keywords.
• Supabase — the database your profile is stored in, and the sign-in system.
• Razorpay — payments. They handle your card; I receive only the result.
• Vercel — hosting for the site itself, and the anonymous speed measurements described under Cookies below.
• Sentry — error reports, and only when something breaks. They receive the fault and the page it happened on, never your resume and never your name.

I do not send your data to employers, job boards or applicant-tracking systems.I read their public job postings; nothing flows the other way. No recruiter receives your resume from me, because I never submit anything on your behalf — you apply yourself, on the company’s own page.

I do not sell your data, and I never will. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays me for it.

Your resume and everything I extracted from it stay for as long as you have an account. Ask me to delete it and I will, and what I pulled out of it goes with it.

One exception, and it is a legal one rather than a preference: tax invoices must be kept for eight years under Indian GST rules. An invoice carries your name, the amount and the date — nothing from your resume. That record survives deletion of your account because I am not permitted to destroy it.

A cookie that keeps you signed in, and — if you drop a resume without making an account — one that keeps that reading yours rather than a stranger’s. That is all.

There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site. Nothing here follows you, builds a profile of you, or is sold to anyone.

One exception, named rather than buried: I measure how fast the pages load. Vercel’s Speed Insights records, for each page view, the route, your network speed, browser, device type, operating system and country, and the loading-speed numbers themselves. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, keeps no IP address, and cannot link one page view to the next — so it cannot tell that two visits were the same person, and neither can I.

I added it because this is built for a mid-range phone on an Indian network, and I had no way of knowing whether it is actually fast on one. If that trade is not one you want, a content blocker stops it and nothing else on the site breaks.

A second exception, named the same way: I am told when the site breaks. Sentry receives a report when something goes wrong — the error and where in the code it happened, the page you were on, your browser and rough location. It fires only on an error, never on an ordinary visit. It sets no cookie, does not record your screen, and is not sent your name, your email or anything out of your résumé.

I added it because this site takes payments, and until now a checkout that failed for one person looked exactly like nobody wanting to pay. I would rather find out from a machine than from somebody who gave up and left.

You can ask me to show you what I hold, to correct it, or to delete it. You can stop using the service at any time. Much of this you can do yourself in the app; for anything else, write to me.

Complaints. If you think I have mishandled your data, write to support@dwij.io or call +91 70859 58427. That is also the address for grievances under India’s data protection law. If I cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, the database is access-controlled, and secrets are not held in your browser. I am not going to claim more than that. No small service can promise you that a breach will never happen, and a policy that does is telling you something it cannot know.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a change materially affects data I already hold, I will tell you rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
