Delivery

dwij is a service you use in a browser. Nothing is physically shipped, there is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. This page exists because payment providers ask every merchant for one.

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the rest of your matched roles unlock in the same session — usually within a few seconds. There is nothing to download and nothing to install.

Occasionally a bank or the payment gateway takes longer to confirm. If that happens you will see a message saying so, and the roles open on their own as soon as the confirmation arrives.

Do not pay again. If the money left your account and the roles are still locked, I will almost always have detected it already and will put it right. If you want to be sure, email support@dwij.io with the invoice number from your receipt.
